Robert T. Walker, 56, of Elkhorn, Nebraska, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 11:01 AM in Holt County. He faced charges of a misdemeanor warrant for failing to display plates from Atchison County and failing to display valid plates. Walker was held at the Holt County Sheriff’s Department and was bondable.
